We hired them to do our back taxes for four years, took them nine months to complete the task. Phone calls and emails were not returned as promised. When finally completed after we made several trips to their offices in hopes of having questions answered, was faced with a very unexpected high bill. $2000 to complete 4 years of taxes for a couple seems very expensive to me. The years were not complex except for one year which had a house sale and rental income. Did not feel they cared how long it took them, and very unprofessional with lack of returning calls or emails. They might be fine for companies but not for individuals.
